Sending your samples

Groenakker provides testing and advisory services. We don't ship products to clients, so there is nothing to return. Instead, you ship your test samples to us.

Once your estimate is approved, your project team confirms where to send samples, how many devices or how much material is needed, and how to package and label them. Your results come back to you as reports.

Payment

• New clients pay a deposit of 50% of the estimate total (including taxes and freight) on every order, and the balance on receipt at delivery of results. You can pay the deposit online, by emailed deposit invoice or by check. Work is scheduled once the deposit is received. The deposit is credited to your final invoice and is refundable as described in Sections 5.4 to 5.6 of our Terms and Conditions.
• Established clients (one year, or three projects paid on time, whichever comes first) move to Net 30 terms. Net 30 orders need a purchase order unless you choose another payment method. If an estimate totals $10,000 or more before taxes and freight, a deposit of 50% of the estimate total (including taxes and freight) is required, and work is scheduled once it is received.
• A 3% surcharge applies to credit cards only. Debit cards, prepaid cards, ACH, check and wire carry no surcharge.
